Nats shut out Philly!

~~~
It wasn't as though our pitcher overpowered them. Tim Redding worked
hard and got good solid backup, mostly from the infield. Before we
knew it, he was walking to the dugout carrying himself like he just
put down his favorite coonhound, when in fact he was into his 7th
inning of shutout baseball. Sure, he left with a couple mooks on base,
but big whoop, right? Your boys had already put 4 on the board. Smile,
Tim! You and the whole gang are going to Pizza Hut after!
Debbie and I sampled the crabcake sandwich and fries tonight as we
watched sullen drunken Philly fans sulk. They were ok, but not as good
as the ones at the old RFK Stadium. Lots of pepper and horseradishy
doings. This makes me quite certain the spices were covering Something
Awful. Whoever rushes us to the ER in the morning with symptoms of
anaphylaxis, please be sure to mention that we ate seafood at a
ballpark. Ta.
