Dukes Is Alive!

A home run in the top of the 10th put the Cardinals up 9-8. The
faithful staff and management of TNP immediately flipped hats inside
out.

Bottom 10th. The astounding Goooooz singles up the center AGAIN. Then
Elijah Dukes stepped up. Was the earlier triple one of Dukes' flukes?

It was not.

EJ smacked a noooooo-doubter to the right of the Red Porch into that little backstage area where the racing presidents come out. A two run walkoff home run. His first HR in a Nats uniform, and right about time. All of us in the crowd are screaming. Except the Cards fans. We drank their milkshake.
